We at Clear Choice DO NOT USE BLEACH on natural wood! Instead, we have an All-Green chemical that kills the mold and algae without damaging the natural oils in the wood. Instead of stripping the wood, it RESTORES it! While this looks better, it also preserves it for the long run. We also remove any growth of lichen by hand BEFORE pressure washing. This enables us to pressure wash using LOW PRESSURE so as to remove all the mold and algae, but not the PULP that protects it! We spent years developing the perfect technique and take PRIDE in our work! We trust that you will love the result!

After we pressure wash any wood surfaces, we then offer an annual MAINTENANCE PROGRAM where we treat the surfaces with mold killer to prevent mold regrowth.
